HyRoCode (Hybrid Rocket Code)
HyRoCode (Hybrid Rocket Code) is a one-dimensional code for simulation of the gasdynamics and the combustion in a hybrid rocket. It has been developed for University of Padua, and it simulates the internal gasdynamics of a hybrid rocket, including combustion and fuel evaporation from solig grain wall.
Main HyRoCode features:
- Command-line tool, simulation setup is driven by a text file. This ensures maximum flexibility for batch runs.
- Entirely written in C++.
- Parallel solver code, dividing the solution domain in parts, to ensure the best solution performances.
- Multi-platform: runs successfully both in Windows and Linux.
- Can stop simulation, then restart it from the same point.
